"Fake it Till you make it"

Yesterday I’ve posted in my IG stories about my Innovation study and how this can be related to the holistic world.

While I was reading some material I realised that the technology innovation is going through models that are moving to a feminine energy. The traditional rigid models (masculine energy) we had in the past are moving to new processes, embracing words like agile, transformation, flexibility... where the person is in the middle of everything and we learn everyday how we can do better.

Innovation embrace the process of change, it is a true rebirth.

Some of the key concepts of innovation can be applied to our life:

- Willingness to change: are we are really motivated to make a change and welcome something new?

- Cost of change: what are we ready to sacrifice?

- The uncertainty: we cannot have a full control of everything... let it go

- Team work: we can all contribute and be part of a project, be part of a community and actively contribute to it.

This is another way to confirm that we are moving to a new portal, the rebirth is happening at every level.

One of the key concepts of new technologies innovation methodologies is the failure mode. “Fake it Till you make it” is the Silicon Valley motto, and this can be applied to our life.

Think about how many times you have been scared to do something for so many reasons! Try and fail, you can get better, you can learn from the experience of failure.. it is a true gift. Don’t feel judged or unworthy, you can get wherever you heart will guide you.

The technology innovation models can be also applied not only to our life but to the holistic business too. If you are interested to know more about this topic and you would like to apply tech innovation to your life or business, there are plenty of models and tools can be used.
